Digital Angle Gauge

A must have for anyone that wants to set up their own ATV control arms.

A tool that will attach to most ATV spindle or knuckle.

This will accurately allow you to measure your caster in degrees. Because the caster settings cannot be accurately measured or calculated in a distance. So the 5/8″  with a square rule does not work…..

To start:

AFTER RIDE HEIGHT IS ACHEIVED.

Toe and camber setting should be close.

Install the orange plate fork. Between the top of the spindle and rubber boot of the ball joints.

Align the gauge so that is parallel with the rim.

Hand tighten bolt to snug plate.

Zero the digital gauge

Place digital gauge onto orange plate. Make the desired adjustments to your machine.
