Introducing ATV Four
Play's newest suspension components:
The upper A arms are constructed of 7/8" 4130 alloy steel tubing and the
lower A arm's are constructed of 1.00" 4130 alloy steel tubing.
The front lower tubes on the XC A arms are .120" wall tubes to endure
more abuse. Also, the front shock mount tube is a made of .120 wall
tubing to insure the A arms integrity.

Features:
We believe that we have one of the best
handling front ends on the market today for the new KFX450R.
With many hours designing on CAD and developing different
wheel bases and widths of the machine. We have certainly
done our R&D on this vehicle on and off the track. We have
decided that we will go to marke t with a +2" wider and +1/2"
forward A arm. By doing this, it will apply more load to the
light front end.... assisting in the turning and handling.
In addition we also changed the caster to what we believe to
be the correct degree. However, if you prefer.... we offer
an adjustable caster option as well.
Coupled with our KFX450R steering stem to
reduce the "bump steer" you will clearly making the right decision on your
purchase. It is the Logical Choice.

OPTIONAL- Due to the design of the KFX450R A arms by
Kawasaki.....ATV Four Play would prefer to install all the
internal hardware in the arms for you.

installation of needle bearings, spacers and seals

installation of needle bearings, circlips, joint balls
and seals.
